Thumbs touching I believe are called "diamond" pushups. To me, narrow means close grip. So we certainly need clarity since there is a HUGE difference between the difficulty on diamond vs. close grip.

I VOTE FOR LDNBWO!!!

Default Narrow Pushups - Close Grip Pushups

leef, I saw what you did to the Oct 18 workout...you are a mad man! I didn't think about doing it that way (diamond), but no. The pushups are per Craig Ballantyne's Close Grip Push-ups. After zooming in on the pic (in the TT Manual) it clearly shows that hands are shoulder-width apart (directly below deltoids).

I guess I could have put in the Decline Pushups with one hand on a medicine ball.....technically a Decline/Incline Medicine Ball Pushup...maybe next time.

Unless I get myself finally on the BW 500 I have been promising to do, I'd vote for the LDNBWO! Sounds like it'll be a good laugh!!!

I like AlexB's challenge too but I'll vote for the LDNBWO. It's something everyone can do. And no chin-ups or pull ups! Yay!

The bulgarian split squats are BW only no weights, right?

Nothing here to failure...just do as many as you can in the alloted 20 mins.
Andy think we are out voted here ..... the LDNBWO does look great - but I will be doing it without the bulgarian splits.

No weights allowed, but clothing is recommended

Bulgarian Split Squats can be substituted with Diagonal Lunges (no weights but fully dressed)

I know...haha...Alex, it appears to be the concensus of the group it seems (nice leg work. Lot of jumping too if you want to put a jump to the burpee that is).

I won't be joining this one however...i got a load of a "metabolic ladder" to contend with for Day 6 of my program.
