Okay here is an idea for a mini challenge - its a long weekend down-under :

A- DB step-ups - in 1 min weight X reps =
B- DB/BB squats - in 1 min weight X reps =
C- Plank to failure - how many seconds
D- Mountain climbers with hands on swiss ball to failure - no of reps

No rest in between

Plank to Failure had me laughing just imagining myself on the floor in the prone position and one of my workout amigos coming up and saying, "What the **** are you doing?". My answer, "I'm really too sure, but it was AlexB's idea". Then one of the gym managers would hand me a mop to clean up the Sweat Angel I just left on the floor.

If no one minds, I'd like to throw my hat in the ring. RobB and I do something we call the Light Day Nutbag Workout aka the LDNBWO.....

LDNBWO

Prisoner Squats - 20
Jumping Jacks - 50
XClimbers (cross-body mountain climbers) - 10/side
Bulgarian Split Squats - 10/side
Narrow Pushups - 20
Jackknife (feet on ball, hands on ground) - 10
Burpees - 10

Rules:
a) Repeat again and again and again (if you can)
b) 20 minute time limit
c) each rep is 1 Point
d) additional 1/2 Point for each Pushup Burpee
e) additional 1 Point for each Spiderman Pushup Burpee

I vote yes for LDNBWO! I can do this one! (maybe not so many reps but I can do it!)

I like the idea of LDNBWO as well.

I've secretly been hopeful of achieving Nut Bag status anyway!

As many circuits in 20 minutes
1a) Squat Jumps x 5 reps
1b) 2 hand KB/DB Swings x 15 reps
1c) Inverted rows x 10
1d) Spider man climbs x 8/side

Nothing here to failure...just do as many as you can in the alloted 20 mins.

This one sounds good. Except I hate jumping jacks

Please define narrow pushups. To me this is with the thumbs touching
