Thank you for your kind words. I modified my fasts recently. Now I'm doing breakfast-to-breakfast (instead of dinner-to-dinner). It is much easier to eat less now, especially because I am a big dinner type of guy. |

Weather was not that bad, so I hit some sprints outside.
