I'm totally with you- I hardly ever get on a scale, and at this point, I do it purely for experimentation. I hope to one day be able to put up pics that compare me at the same scale weight but different body fat/body compositions. I think more people need to understand that there really isn't a correlation. One of my favorite examples of this was Zuzanna Light (previously from she weighs like 136 lbs- so about 16-21 lbs heavier than me- but she is more defined than I am. Scale weight is just a number.
