Yesterday, Monday I started Meatheads workout although I don't start officially till tomorrow 15th....

TT for Meatheads
Day 1 Workout A

Warmup Circuit
A) Prisoner Squats - 12 reps
B) Pushup - 12 reps
C) Forward Lunge - 12 reps
D) Stick-up - 10 reps
2x's through circuit, rest between circuits.

Warmup Set
1A) Squat - 8reps using 66% of weight used in regular sets 1x8x45
no rest
1B) BB Shrug - 8 reps using 66% of weight used in regular sets 1x8x45
used BB instead of DB's here

Superset #1
1A Squat 2x8x75
Rest 1 minute
1B) BB Shrug 2x8x75
rest 1 minute before repeating 2 more times

Superset # 2
DB Split Squat 2x8x20 each hand
rest 30 sec. between legs
rest 1 minute before repeating 2 more times

Superset #3
3A) DB Step-up 2x8x8 each hand
no rest
3B) Stability Ball Rollout 2x10
rest 1 minute before repeating 2 more times....

I went through the supersets twice instead of the 3 sets called for.

Tuesday 9-14-10
Up at 4.30 a.m. had a class to teach at 5.45 a.m. came home for breakfast and taught another class at 9.00 a.m.

Made a big pot of Turkey chili with three different type of beans, cannellini, kidney and black, sun ripened tomatoes, cilantro, parsley, onions, cumin, chili powder, garlic, green pepper, very tasty, so I have food for a few lunches or dinner and will fix chicken tomorrow....got lots of fresh vegetables and salad stuff washed and ready to go.

I am babysitting my grandchildren all weekend starting Friday, parents off to celebrate 24th anniversary. they have just remodeled kitchen and my son-in-law has not had a chance to hook up stove yet as they switched to
gas and electric combo, gas cooktop and electric ovens, my challenge will be to cook most stuff on the grill. however I have an electric grill for breakfast stuff and can do smoothies also, microwave is hooked up and can
fix oatmeal and sweet potatoes, heat my chili, I definitely won't starve....Be a good idea to do a fast one of the days.....

Off to shower and bed.
