Mark, so happy you enjoyed your cruise. I never thought I would, but they are fun. I see you are doing Meatheads 4x4. So am I, hopefully will have time to post later. Concetta

I like the way Craig built this workout. I think the word "Optional" should never be used though..lol....mandatory, mandatory, mandatory. But maybe Craig is using reverse psychology. When I see that word I feel I have to do it. He's sneaky that way.

BW warmup
Warmup sets
1A) Military Press – 1 x 8 reps @ 120...2 x 8 reps @ 125
1B) Wide-Grip Barbell Row – 1 x 12 reps @ 135...2 x 12 reps @ 140

Military Press - Max set - 5 x 1 reps @ 150

2A) DB Chest Press – 3 x 12 reps @ 70, 20, 75
2B) V-Grip Pullup – 3 x 12, 10, 10

4x4 Ab Circuit
3A) Stability Ball Plank – 3 x 1:00min
3B) X-Body Mountain Climber – 3 x 10 per side
3C) Stability Ball Jackknife – 3 x 20 reps
3D) Side Plank – 3 x 1:00 min seconds per side

9-29-10 PM

BW Cardio 3 WO A

Warmup
Upped reps on some EX.
1) Prisoner Squat – 4 x 20 reps
2) Pull-up – 4 x 6 reps
3) Elevated Pushup – 4 x 6 reps per side
4) Diagonal Lunge – 4 x 10 reps per side
5) Jumping Jacks – 4 x 30 reps
6) Squat Vertical Jumps – 4 x 8 reps
7) Spiderman Climb – 4 x 12 reps per side

Haha! I agree! I have trouble passing up the "optional" sets. Right now I'm using TT for Meatheads V. It has "optional" interval training.
