I Back!!!!! Internet back on!!!

I am doing great with workouts -LOVE abs- 'the beast' and all! BUT I am doing terrible with my nutrition. I have got to get back on Fitday with some calorie counting. And menu planing (I know I did not need Internet for that- but I guess I need the accountability )

I am so happy to be back on here- but only have a minute now.... Ill be catching up on my reading tonight to see how everyone is doing

Hurray! Glad to see you've returned. Suspect that having the internet back will also help you with keeping track of things on Fit Day, staying accountable, etc. Let us know how we can help. Happy Monday!

Woo for internet! And double woo for loving your workouts!

By the sounds of it, a few people (including myself) are having a tough time with nutrition The good thing is we're only at the start of the 3rd week so lots of time to rectify things! I'm sure you'll get into the swing of it soon enough

Hi Melody,

As a latecomer to TT#9, I thought I'd just drop in, say hi and wish you luck.

How's your son? MCL is a pretty nasty injury. I pretty much broke most things in my rugby career but managed to avoid that. hope he's progressing.

I've used ESE very effectively in the past so I'll be looking out for how you get on.

On fire- I love it. Let's use it to burn some fat. As far as your menu goes, think back to what has worked best for you before. If you recorded your eating at fit day, it's all there for you. I've had to do a lot of tweaking and adjusting in my eating as I've gotten closer to my ultimate goal, but that's to be expected. Great to see you back.
