Dude! That is so cool. Not to be all "Me Too" but with my schedule I'm doing the same thing: just bodyweight and the barbells/Kbs/and DBs I use with my clients. I got my bf down to 18% for the first time in 3 years, and I'm smaller than I was in high school. Crazy, but it really does work if the eating is dialed in. I am using the 6MTS program: something about that 4 min. morning training session just sets me up for success.

So when can I come train with you??? Some Saturday would work for me.

Well currently I only have 3 sessions on Saturday from 6-8am. If you could ever come during the week though my schedule is nice and full lol

I have not taken my measurements yet but all my clothes looks oversized lol.

I was weighing 166 when we started and my weight is down to 152-154. This is the weight that I wanted to be ever since I weighed over 210 lbs and started my weight loss journey (Yes, in case I never mentioned that, I was pretty heavy a couple years ago). So I finally made it!

I've also lost 3% BF.

I don't have the definition I want but that is the next step for me. I switched over from my bodyweight only workouts to lifting weights again and I feel great.
