How many days per week do you want to train? 3 or 4 day program?

My nutrition over the last couple months has not been the best...I have indulged in far to much chocolate and cookies. I have tightened it up over the last couple weeks but still not great.

Good luck with your goals mate...I'm sure you will smash through this !

Thanks mate. Yes I've been the same. Eating a lot of crap and thinking I was getting away with it.

Not so much it would seem.

Front and side photos are okay but lower back fat was a real surprise (eye opener) for me. I've entered a couple of contests not finished since my successful attempt but this time I feel very committed.

No restrictions whatsoever Peter. I'm curious as to to know your gut feeling, here's why: Craig once said that the exercises you hate are probably the ones you should be doing. (paraphrasing.)

I have a tendency to pick my TT programs based on doing the stuff I like, and avoiding the stuff that irks me.

I'm looking for a "fresh pair of eyes" on my work as we say in the theatre.

So... anything goes.

(Note, I'm just a bit leaner than I was in San Diego, without any more muscle.)

Here are 3 workouts that pushed me out of my comfort zone.
  1. Ballantynes Day Massacre 2K12 - can't recommend this one highly enough
  2. Grindhouse - didn't like the look of it on paper but man did I enjoy doing it
  3. Clash of the Titans 5 (grudge match) - new program that I've only touched on myself but have inflicted on quite a few clients with great results

Okay here we go!

You know I knew that I was carrying some extra weight around again. I deserve to my diet hasn't been crash hot and I've neglected to do much conditioning in the past few months. None really since the summit rather focusing in on strength. But the photo of my back has really stirred something in me. I couldn't believe how much I was carrying on my lower back! Talk about just the wake up call I needed. Look out pro division you've got a competition on your hands this time.

Measurements

Chest - 100cm
Waist - 89cm
Hips - 99cm
Bicep - 32cm
Thigh - 62.5cm

Weight - 85.8kg

I've got some work to do but I am really up to the challenge this time.

On more snap shot for you.

On the left was the last day of the 17th contest. The right is obviously the 1st day of the 21st contest.

Time to step this up a notch!
