Yes Shawn, leave it behind you. Read Craig's last 2 posts on the Tip of the Day thread. I'm printing copies of the longer one he put up yesterday to post at the studio.

Did Gain Muscle Lose Fat yesterday at the local gym.

Enjoyed seeing all the older fellas hanging out in the middle of the room, and doing standing tricep press downs at the cable station.

Ahhh, some things never change.

Not sore at all: probably not a good sign. (not a problem with the program: i just didn't give enough effort.)

Ha! I had to think about the Twinkie image, now I get it.

Let's get a picture at the TT summit in June.

One thing about Twinkies, I hear they never get old.

1. Grindhouse
2. Clash of the Titians V
3. Massacre 2K12.

I like the warning at the beginning of Massacre.

I will be careful, but I will not be stopped.

That's exactly the order I would have put them in as well. Massacre is a great way to finish the 12 weeks.

1st. Grindhouse session in the books.

Great stuff, especially the Bulgarian Split Squats, and Goblet Switch lunges.

Plus, I did my first Farmer's Walks today.

It's funny, I pretty happy with the appearance of my shape, even though I've lost some strength. Maybe at age 50 I've finally grown up enough to care more about what I can do than how I look doing it.
