Well submitted photos last night.

I gained weight, increased chest, shoulders and thigh by 1" each.

I loved the workouts, but in my own opinion my diet was not there to succeed the way I wanted to do. My diet was poor and am working on.

I will try again if there is another pro division in December/January. But I will continue working on my diet.

The workouts and improvement don't end just because the contest does. It's a lifestyle change. One I am implementing on every level. Not sure where I post next, maybe workout journals? Another sub forum here?

Anyhow, I am proud that I completed. My diet needs improvement and that is my focus.

Stay strong, keep pushing.

Great work, and you were wise to enter. Who knows how many competitors will be in the category. It's always wide those that enter.
