![]() Hi Everyone.. I'm thinking I'd like to go for this contest...how motivating. The only problem I have..well maybe I should say challenge...is for 3 weeks of Jan I'll be visiting my family in Australia. Maybe dedicating myself to this contest will motivate me to keep working out and eating healthy portions..which I might say will be a challenge to have a big bowl of prawns sitting there and a nice beer to go with it... ( : I think it's the right time of life to do this.

![]() Yeh come and join in. You can do it. I have my sister over from Oz in 5 days. Its so cold here. Enjoy the sun in January. I would love a dose of sunshine!

![]() I think you should definitely do it. You will get a lot of motivation and that kick in the butt from time to time when you need it.
