Nice going Peter. You have this in the bag. Are you doing some 1-arm swings or only 2-arm?

At this stage the plan is to just to 2 arm swings. See how the forearms, grip and callouses are holding up by the end of the challenge.

All reps accounted for today.

Ripped my 1st callous off today. Good times. I will soldier on.

Default Day 4

Another day another 357 swings.

100/50/57/100/50 = 357

Only 4 days in and my endurance is improving dramatically. Couple of sets of 100 in there today.

Default Day 5

Mixed todays swings into regular workout.

100/50/50/50/50/57 = 357 reps

Did 100 before my workout.

2 sets of 50 during my program. KB's swings were written in at 20 reps so I just upped them a bit.

3 sets 50/50/57 to finish. Tough day in the gym but I left feeling energized.

Default Day 6

Back at work today so my trust KB came with me. I've been sore all week due to starting a new program and doing this challenge but today I woke up feeling really good.

100/50/57/50/100 = 357 swings

Default Day 7

Swings were tough today for some reason.

100/50/50/57/100 = 357

Tomorrow is crazy busy. I've got 5 pt's in the morning (6am start), then I've got to train, then I've got to go to work for night shift.

This is killing me. Need to go part time asap.

Don't forget your bulletproof coffee! It sounds like your training business is exploding! That's great. I hope you can find the work balance soon. I wanted to thank you for answering so many of my many questions early on in the contest. You were an awesome resource! You can add online guru to the housewives to your long job title! I really do think I'm going to try a kettelbell challenge when I'm done with this 12 weeks. Maybe a wimpy modified version! Cheers Mate!
