Default 28 day 10 000 KB Swing Challenge

I mentioned in one of my other threads that I'm taking on this challenge. It equates to about 357 swings per day for 28 days.

I'll be using a 24kg KB and will be sticking to my regular schedule workouts as well. Depending on how I go I may or may not reduce the volume on my regular workouts if I feel it's becoming too much.

Today is day one. I've got 250 swings in the bag. 107 to go.

357 down. 9643 to go.

I'm working today. 12 hour shift. Could make getting all my swings in a bit interesting.

I'm thinking about just wandering up to the gym every couple of hours and doing 50 swings.

I had to park about a kilometer from work this morning. Talk about an extended farmers carry!

Pete,
Keep up the good work man. I'm really interested to see how all those swings affect your results. Any soreness from yesterdays 357?

HAHAHA I didn't read the kg part. My KB is 20 pounds!(9kg!) I was feeling pretty proud of myself!

Hey John. How's it going mate?

I'm a little sore today. Nothing too crazy. I actually just had 2 weeks off and started a new program (Meatheads Off-Season) yesterday so it could be a little from the break, a little from the program and a little from the swings.

I've been much worse let's put it that way. 157 swings down today. 200 to go.

Lol... yes 24kg. I thought to use a 16kg but where's the fun in that.
