Default Craig's Reading & Writing Transformation

"Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it." Goethe

Earlier this week I set a few new bold goals...already thinking ahead to 2014 where I will finish writing 4 books and read 2014.

That has catalyzed me to use the 18th TT Transformation Contest to get a head start on these goals and to ingrain better/more focused reading and writing habits.

After all, one of my big goals in life is to write 25 books (inspired by my mentor Mark Ford, and other prolific authors like Dan Kennedy and Dr. Gay Hendricks). I have a lot of ideas...but have procrastinated on this...time to take ACTION and finish things...rather than leaving them 65% complete.

Right now I read and write a lot...but haphazardly. Not enough long-term planning. Too many short-term deadlines, like "Uh-oh, I need to write a TT email today" ... and not enough, I need to write one big message in book format that can reach more people and grow the TT World.

18th TT Transformation Contest goals
  1. Finish a book and start shopping it around to publishers
  2. Read 15 books in 12 weeks
  3. Long-term plan out 2014 for reading 150 books and finishing 4 more books
Current book ideas/half-done books include:
  • How to Have the Perfectly Productive Day
  • Re-S.T.A.R.T. Your Metabolism Diet & Exercise Plan
  • 2X Your Life with the 5 Pillars of Transformation Success
  • A-to-Z Inspiration (Daily Theme Column)
Alright, so that's my plan - will take this week to plan it out...and will start Sunday, September 1st.

Looking forward to transforming right alongside with you,

Craig Ballantyne

Good stuff, Craig! I've always enjoyed reading your fitness articles, blogs and email. Any plans for another book?

Some really great goals there Craig. Most commendable. I struggle to get through one book per month! I am working on that though.

That looks like a great book to put so many of your ideas in one place!

Default How to Self-Publish

I will be studying this today:

I also will be starting Larry Winget's new book, "Grow a Pair". I'm interviewing Larry on Thursday afternoon for EarlyToRise.com - should be a great call.

Put a big dent in Larry's book. I will be interviewing him Thursday, anything you want me to ask? (And yes, the book is great).
