Default My accountability

I'm somewhat in the middle of the TT 17 transformation working with the No. 1 Trainer, Catherine Gordon, Yeah. I have only been working out three days a week but now am determined to place in this contest. I am going to start working out six days a week with Catherine's help I know I will get there.

Awesome work!

You don't need to workout 6 days per week.

That will NOT give you double the results.

Please just stick to the Turbulence Training program, it's designed as is for a reason.

Stay strong with your nutrition,

Default Listen to Craig!

Congratulations on your success so far Kim,

I wonder if you realize how far you've already come?

At this point in Transformation Contest #2, I was afraid that I wasn't lean enough to win, and that others on the forum had done so much better than I had. Shows what I knew.

Because you see yourself every day, you may not realize that you're already winning- even before you enter.

Trust the program. 3 a week.

I just want to write how grateful I am that you trusted me and TT with your determined efforts and dedication. They have really paid off. Your transformation is visually striking, and you should be very proud of what you've accomplished.

Now with this kind of training established as a part of your life that you pursue with enthusiasm, there really is no limit to the progress that you can make.

I have no doubt that you will continue to grow stronger, leaner, and more confident in your fitness skills with each passing season.

Well done.
