Week 5: For these next four weeks I decided to follow the TT Gold: Gain Muscle and Lose Fat 3.0 routine. The first session at the gym kicked my butt, I managed to get about 10 burpees done in the final set before calling it done. I enjoyed the exercise mix and will stick with this program. I did get sidetracked with some travel for a few days and did the Hotel Room Workout Intermediate program instead. Also the food choices were not the best and my weight loss stagnated this week. More important than the numbers on the scale is feeling better about how I'm fitting in my clothes.
The forecast for this next week is looking good for being able to resume normal exercise sessions and making better food choices.
