workout
- w/up foam rolling; Becoming Bulletproof cross crawl, rolling, crawling; Turkish getup 10 mins, 10kg kb alt sides
- intervals 8 x 2H kb swings 20kg 24s work/36s rest
- stretch

10am potato/chicken curry, mix veges
2 coffees w milk
12:45pm omelette (2 eggs, pepper), tahini, dip (roasted red capsicum, pecorino, cashews, basil), mix veges; 1c black tea w bit of milk, orange, 20g G&B 85% choc
4:10pm 1 1/2 chicken thighs, dip (roasted red capsicum, pecorino, cashews, basil), mix veges
8pm icecream (banana, mix nuts, ricotta, zucchini, frozen beetroot leaves/stalks + peas, vanilla Sun Warrior, ginger, cinnamon), lemon ginger tea
