Sleep Smarter, by Shawn Stevenson, is a much better book than Ariana's.

Are you banging on the snatch? With your dominant hand? That's interesting. I still sometimes bang left-handed(non-dominant), almost never righty. I usually find I'm not using my hips enough. The wrist bands will certainly help. Keep at it, you're doing great! Concetta

No I was just cleaning them. I finished Peter's and decided to write my own plan. I included kettlebells in each workout because I just love working with them. Even with the bruises and calloused hands! So,yes, it's my dominant hand, which leads me to believe that I grip too tightly. I'll keep working on letting the bell roll and keeping it lower on my palm.

I didn't really get much done on my to-do list today. I attended the funeral of a beautiful 14 year old girl who loved horses and loved her friends. Her friends loved her. We are not promised tomorrow. Say and do what you need to while you can.

I actually lost a little weight over the weekend. That rarely happpens!
