Thursday 11.10 67/84 Week 10 TT Kettlebell Carnage, Peter Jankowski, MCTT
OS warm up (http://originalstrength.net/)
Workout B:With Peter's modifications
"On workout B if you have access to 2 x 12kg then do the following for "The Eagle"
Dbl clean-1
Front squat-3
20 yard walk
8x
Workout C HFSD Upper Body Maximus
1A) Pull-up or Bodyweight Row* 20 seconds
1B) Close-Grip Pushup 20 seconds
1C) Chin-up or Bodyweight Row* 20 seconds
1D) Push-up 20 seconds
Do not rest between exercises.
Rest 40 seconds at the end of the circuit.
Repeat 2 more times.
*I used roped hanging on the wall to row with.
2A) Total Body Extension 30 seconds
2B) Jumping Jacks 30 seconds
Do not rest between exercises.
Repeat 2 more times.

~on the floor
~transistion to hand before leg sweep
~half kneeling
~standing up
1/ea-5x
Workout D HFSD Double-Belch Test
1A) Total Body Extension
1B) T-Pushup (alternating sides)
Do each exercise for 20 seconds and then rest 10 seconds.
No rest, 3x total. 60s rest then...
3-Minute Burpee-with-Double-Jump Challenge
Do as many Burpees-with-Double-Jump as you can in 3 minutes.

1B) Rocking Plank 30 seconds
1C) Side Plank 30 seconds per side
1D) Rollout with Ball 30 seconds
No rest-2x total
2) Chin-up with Knee-up Maximus (Use bodyweight rows if you want)
BW rows using battle ropes hanging from the wall

1B) Close-Stance Bodyweight Squat 30 seconds
1C) Spiderman Climb 30 seconds
1D) Reverse Prisoner Lunge (alternating sides) 30 seconds
1E) Decline Pushups 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds at the end of the circuit before repeating 1 more time-2x
2) Squat Punisher Maximus
30 seconds of bodyweight squats.
30 second hold in the bottom position.
Repeat 3 more times with NO rest between rounds.
Rounds 3 & 4, bottom hold not constant-so very hard
