Default Consistency

I'm in... Again.

Pics took last night.

Habit change - no candy for one month.

Workouts, I'll complete and submit.

Biggest barrier - consistency.

Workout 1 - TT2K15 - fat loss challenge. - Just something to help keep me going and challenge myself every week.

Consistency is the theme for 2017.

what are the action steps?

what is the biggest weakness?

biggest weaknesses - convenience stores such as MACs and then when I do grocery shopping. Also there is a store near my work which after lunch I always tend to go to.

Reality, avoid the convenience stores, when grocery shopping steer away from bulk food aisle and just shop on outside.

7 days in 0 candy. Chocolate yes, Candy no. One step at a time.

week and bit in no candy. Tracking food consistently for 2 weeks now.

I believe if I post here consistently I will get better results. So that's one thing I will add.

4 weeks in, no weight loss, feel stronger but still need to replace the mental blocks in my heads.

For instance, when I get frustrated or down I turned to food. Solutions, no junk food in house - done. Rule no eating past 730pm - done.

Positive social support - done.

planning and preparation - this is probably where the work needs to be done.

I mean I must get better at planning and preparation.

Plan meals in advance, anticipate obstacles, find solutions for the stress times other than food,

I subscribed to an organic food delivery service to deliver fruits and vegetables on Wednesday. A day we typically run out and I don't have time to go to grocery store. This should help.
