Body weight Warm-up Circuit
1) Jumping Jacks 20 reps
2) Elevated Push up 6 reps per side
3) Stickup 10 reps
Added
4) Arm crosses 10/sd
5) Leg swings 10/sd
6) Shoulder band pulls 25
Double KB(8kg/ea) squat and press
10r, 30s rest, 10x total
Renegade row, 25lb DBs, 10r/ea, 30s rest, 3x total.
Legs were very sore all weekend. Split squats on Friday took their revenge. Fasted ~19 hrs Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Lost 2lbs, still eating too much.

BW underhand row

3x10/sd 25lbs/ea
Gave my legs a rest. Right groin a bit sore. Pull ups are tough, this will take a while.
ESE, at least 23 hrs.

Yesterday's post is gone. Long post short. Shoulder and neck pain over the weekend, taking ibuprofen to tame inflammation and pain. No upper body workouts this week, hoping to avoid Dr. Did not achieve my pull up in TT11, gained 1 lb from beginning, body fat increased. Completely diet related, self control zero. Need to shake myself out of this malaise. Bummed that my shoulder/neck hurts. Need to stop stuffing my face. Today is a new day and a new start. Better control today.
