Hi Leslie,

Thank you for your kind words. I modified my fasts recently. Now I'm doing breakfast-to-breakfast (instead of dinner-to-dinner). It is much easier to eat less now, especially because I am a big dinner type of guy.

Day 4 – 05/jan/2015 (entry 4)

13h00: protein shake in almond milk + 1 slice of homemade cake (post workout)

15h30: veggies and chicken in Thai sauce, 1 Belgium waffle with chocolate

22:00: protein shake + 1.5 slice of bread with gorgonzola

It was kind of a cheat day, but without overeating. Total calories were around 2,100.

10h00: protein shake in almond milk (2 scoops), 1 banana in Greek yogurt with muesli

Totals: 822 cals | 8C | 30F | 62P

Day 6 – 07/jan/2015 (entry 6)

9h00: protein shake in almond milk, 1 banana

12h00: 1 tuna sandwice and 1 salmon sandwiche

18h00: protein shake and 1 banana (post workout)

21h00: turkey breast, rice, salad, 2 pieces of dark chocolate

Totals 2,179 cals | 231C | 55F | 191P

12h00: 1.5 sandwich (ham & cheese) + 1 piece of dark chocolate

17h00: protein shake in almond milk and 1 banana

21:00: 1 sandwich (smoked salmon and goat cheese), salad, 1 glass of red wine, 1 slice of almond pie.


Totals: 2088 cals | 127C | 121F | 117P

Day 8 – 09/jan/2015 (entry 6)

10h00: half pear

13h00: big salad with smoked salmon, goat cheese and olive oil + 2 pieces of dark chocolate

18h00: protein shake and 1 banana (post workout)

21h00: chicken schnitzel, sweet potato and salad + 2 glasses of wine + protein ice cream

Totals 2,146 cals | 161C | 84F | 188P

I made a video of my last squat session 102.5 kg (225 pounds) x 5 (kept the same weight in all 5 sets). Sorry for the awful quality

Nice work mate and in answer to your earlier question, yes, you are meant to keep the same weight across all 5 sets.

I was working up to a top end set for the last 9 months... this is a completely new game! Yesterday I did 80 kg x 5 x 5 in the Bench Press and today I'm really sore

10/01/2015 – Day 9

Weather was not that bad, so I hit some sprints outside. Good times

12h00: protein shake in almond milk, tinny slice of butter cake, medium bowl of fruits (banana, pear, strawberry, mango)

17h00: protein bar

20h00-22h00: we took our mother for dinner, most likely the last one before the baby comes

I had tomato soup, steak in mushroom sauce, some fries (only a few), two glasses of wine and a small crème brullée for dessert.

Totals 2,187 | 172 C | 67 F | 152 P

11/01/2015 – Day 10

11h00: protein shake in almond milk, medium bowl of fruits (banana, grapes, strawberry, mango
)
15h00: toasted cheese sandwich

18h00: two beers

21h00: roasted chicken leg, rice and beans, two glasses of wine, chocolate-almond pie.

Totals 2,223 | 288 C | 66 F | 116 P
