Default It's not too late

I am returning in an effort to get back in shape "BEFORE its too late." My four kiddos are growing up and are starting to "outdo" me in a variety of things... Plus, my dad had his first heart attack at 55...I'm 46...

I've had success with TT before, losing 36 lbs during TC 9 and winning the over 40 division. I have since gained about 60 lbs and now weigh 275.

Diet is the main culprit. I actually eat pretty healthy 2/3rds of the time, but go crazy the other 1/3. Social support is second. Wife is committed to get back in shape as well, so that should improve going forward. Exercise is a distant third, though I certainly have not been consistent.

Craig, what can you suggest for programs? I don't want to start at beginner but can't do the higher impact stuff right off.

My home gym is very well equipped at this point, with plenty of weights (dumbells and barbells (with bumpers)), power cage, rings, pull up stations, plyo boxes, sandbags, jump ropes, kettlebells, treadmill and exercise bike for intervals, etc. There are absolutely no exuses when it comes to equipment or space. Also have access to a gym and pool.

Will start Monday the 5th...just want to get my first exercise program set up and come up with a nutrition plan.

More info and goals later...

Thanks.
