Any advice for someone who is traveling to Vegas next week? It is for work but am traveling with a coworker who is not health conscious at all. All the times I have been there, I just order different salads that have protein (meat or fish), fats (nuts) and the carbs......but I dont usually have much cheese and have a vinagarette dressing or none at all.
