20-10 BW Revolution Workout D. Overall it went well, but by the time I got part way through the Punisher Squats, my legs were done. Next time all the way. I am looking forward to my days off, maybe the DOMS will be gone after that.

Thanks Craig.

After going through one week of 20-10 BW Revolution, I have to say I am loving it.

My off day activities were 30 minutes on the stationary bike Sunday and 15 minutes on Monday. My plan Monday was to go skating, but we ran out of time.

Today I started week 2 of 20-10 BW Revolution. I had little motivation to workout, but I forced myself to do it. I got through all the rounds at a good pace. I was much better at the Switch Lunges this time. Last time I had issues switching from the front to rear lunge. This time no problems to speak of. It is good to see my competence at exercises improving. I look forward to the day when I am back to what I was pre-knee surgery. Right now I feel great.

BTW, my first week weigh-in was yesterday, I dropped almost 4 pounds, and based on my measurements most of it was from my belly. Very happy with first week results.

I had a nasty headache for most of the day, so I had little desire to workout. However, I was feeling a little better, so I decided to go for it. 20-10 BW Revolution Workout B. Unlike last time, I got through the whole thing. I did find the planks very challenging and needed to do the last few from my knees. Overall a good workout, and better yet, my headache is gone.

TT 20-10 BW Revolution Workout C. I still really struggle with Spiderman push-ups, other than that, a good workout.

Thanks for looking in Jim. Book really makes a lot of sense. I see bits of it creeping into other programs, little by little.
TT 20/10 is a great one. Short and sweat. Concetta

20-10 BW Revolution Workout D. I got through the whole thing. The Punisher Squats were punishing, but I got through them. I would l have liked to get the intensity a little higher, but as it has been every time I do this program, I finish sweating buckets.

Great work Jim. I only did 20/10 for a week during Christmas and it was awesome. Keep it up.
