Refocusing on food. I did not eat the best over the weekend. I am forgiving and moving forward. I know my results will be stellar if I focus on my nutrition. That is my weak link. I love my workouts. Today has been and will remain focused on quality fuel for my transformation and in portion controlled size ![]() |
