Default Back for Xmas

Hi all,

Not done one of these for some time now - but been around TT since the early days.

will do the goals etc on the weekend (once I have kicked my chest infection) in the meantime this is placeholder for my committment

great to see you here and have a fellow kiwi on board (well I have been here 5 years and just waiting for my ceremony then I am officially a kiwi!)

looking forward to taking the TT journey with you, I have really appreciated your support during my previous contests, so hope I can do the same for you now

ps those apple muffins are wicked!! Prob need to post the recipe here somewhere on this contest, because there were awesome, my eldest boy could not get enough of them

Going to see how I feel over the weekend, Doc would probably advise against exercise yet ... will listen to my body & do the right thing (on top of asthma got some sort of chest/lung infection - painful to even breathe so am letting the antibiotics do there thing despite their awful side effects - bah humbug hate being sick!).

Even if I don't get in the gym will start getting the Nutrition where i want it ... Abs are made in the Kitchen ! - so back to fasting for me ....

Galaxy - plan to make some of those muffins this weekend

Nice Alex...welcome back (to the both of us!).... Hope the chest cold/infection is getting better. See you logging in your workouts here soon enough.

Hmmm, still on antibiotics which have killed any appetite i may have, humus & pita bread is not really enough for dinner ...

I think I may miss the last day for the official comp start but will still do the transformation here & enjoy the crew doing it as well ....

Goals:
as always these need to be functional activity based to be motivational for me

Pushups: currently 95 in 3 mins
DB swings: # in 3 min
Chin-ups : # in 3 min

Body comp -
Jeans belt currently 4 3/4 hole - goal get back to 6+
Work belt currently 1-2 hole - goal get to 4

Once finished antibiotics will get back on the ESE 1-2 days a week - so these means you will see the odd treat in any food post

Workouts:
Will confirm later - but this week will work my way back into it with some KB circuits at home.

His old site mentioned leaving it on Jan 5 (2011), I think it was.....think he was doing Paleo diet.........knowing him, him and the dog might be living in a Cave, somewhere near Aurora by now.......

Okay no more antibiotics so the appetite& gut shd return to normal ....D-day starting tomorrow - so had my last treat hamburger today.

my hardest thing will be getting the balance for nutrition with over focusing - but it does need to be kicked into shape. so may log that here for the short term.


Nothing much else - better go there is rugby to be watched !
