Almost forgot to write one important thing. 1 kilo down from Saturday. I'm now at lowest weight ever in my adult life: 57,5 kg! I think I weighted that much maybe when I was 10 years old.

And I started writing my 6 weeks contest essay

Default Day 49, February 19th 2011

Weight this morning: 57,3 kg Leangains fasts are working!

Today is my usual cheat day. So far I always had breakfast before workout, but today I might skip it and try leangains fast to. But for the rest of the day I have not made any plans what to eat, except that I won't overeat. We might go out for a pizza and some dessert later. Only thing I have planned for today are workout (I'm will do it as I finish writing this) and sauna. Can't wait for second
