Last week was really a warm up... a gentle transition from festive Christmas to gloomy January. Sigh... Grub Flapjack (this time it was my turn to forget smoothies ![]() Spelt crackers and hummus 3 raw trailmix cookies Oktoberfest burger, sweet potato fries and salad Muchos tea-os Exercise Weight section A from Busy Gym workout Hokay. My wrist held out in the gym (just!) Couldn't do dips and pushups were a bit of a laugh, but it's not hurting more than it did before the gym, so hopefully I'm out of the woods. It was the first time in over a month I'd done any upper body work! Need to get my guns pumped up again ![]() I can proudly report I've not been snacking after tea and my post work snacks have all been above board. Hooray! Any minute now those scales will shift.

![]() Carob and seed bar.. now that sounds bloody great.. I will have to MacGoogle it.. and Chocolate Black Tea..that sounds kinda strange and yum all at the same time. Good work on the snackies.. I've found myself eating crap snacks after lunch so I have to get some raw snacks happening. I just opened 300g of almonds last night so tomoz will be raw snacks to save the day .. stay with it.. and watch that wrist.. sounds a bit nasty. Have you had it seen to?

Oops, I've not been very good at posting! Food Berry smoothie veggie chilli Raw fruit and nut bar 3 raw almond balls Jamaican bean curry with rice and sweet potato Exercise Hill sprints Quick post! been doing ok... a few cheats here and there but I've been trying to stick to my three golden rules. Will dash round everyone's threads to see how everyone's doing - probably a lot better than me! P.S. Tea still going strong ![]()

![]() mmm .. ginger.. good one!! So do you grate some fresh ginger..? It all sounds good. I've saved it into my evernote account. I'd probably add some carob powder, only because I still have buckets of pods..so.. what's the tea of the week? p.s hill sprints.. good for you!!
