1st Ever contest
Hi Guys and Gals,
This will be my first ever contest. To be honest, this will be the first time I have ever tried a structured program. Time after time I have tried something for a week or two but its fizzled out or I Haven't been able to keep it going. However, having seen my weight balloon from a relatively healthy 79kg to 101kg in the past 8 months and seen my fitness levels rapidly descend, the time has come for me to get up off that sofa and back into the gym. Having just about recovered from catching Typhoid when I was out trekking in Thailand back in August. My plan is to give this contest everything I have. Its lunchtime over here in the UK and Im just away to go get a news paper and take some photos. Look forward to keeping in touch with everyone on here and seeing the weight drop off!
