Been away for a while. Have been neglecting my health, fitness and goals for the past few months and will use the contest as the platform for change.
I can't enter the contest as a previous winner but will commit to the program.
Day 0 Weight 294 lbs
My 12 Week Goals
1. Complete 30 Push-ups
2. Complete 30 Inverted Rows
3. Lose 50 pounds
My Daily Goals
1. Complete TT Bodyweight Manual Workout (Light exercise on specified days)
2. Eat Nutrient Dense foods only High Quality Protein, Non-Starchy Vegetables, little Fruit, Nuts and High Quality Fats.
3. Drink 5 Litres Of Water
4. Log My Progress on TT members Forum.
