Default Transformers... Roll Out

Been away for a while. Have been neglecting my health, fitness and goals for the past few months and will use the contest as the platform for change.

I can't enter the contest as a previous winner but will commit to the program.

Day 0 – Weight 294 lbs

Measurements

Neck 18.5”
Bicep 14.5”
Forearm 13”
Chest 50”
Waist 51.5”
Hips 50”
Thigh 28”
Calf 19”

My 12 Week Goals

1. Complete 30 Push-ups
2. Complete 30 Inverted Rows
3. Lose 50 pounds

My Daily Goals

1. Complete TT Bodyweight Manual Workout (Light exercise on specified days)
2. Eat Nutrient Dense foods only – High Quality Protein, Non-Starchy Vegetables, little Fruit, Nuts and High Quality Fats.
3. Drink 5 Litres Of Water
4. Log My Progress on TT members Forum.

Photo to follow, when I can reduce the photo to the allowable size.
