Hi Ma,
Here are some new pics... I'm not as lean as I was in september, but I guess this is normal when eating so much!
I'm not sure if I like it... kind of prefer the lean look I had before. Maybe I need to lose some fat and see the muscle gain before making up my mind...
I'd really like to know what you and the others think: should I continue trying to build muscle or lose fat?

Hi Pat,
If you are on your last 4 weeks ,I would add lots of intervals and choose a workout that still emphasizes muscle gain and fat loss.TK9 is the one I have chosen as my last workout and I think you might like to look at that too..

I can see the muscle gain you have and I think you just need to fine tune
your physique..

Thank you so much Ma, I really appreciate everything you did for me during these past 2 months.

I have looked at TK9 and it looks pretty good, so as you suggest I'll probably use this workout during the last 4 weeks of contest (starting on november 2), along with the new diet you sent me.

HCFL is another good workout, but still like TK9 as a finisher....I must have
started about the same time as you and Rob, check out last post I made on Rob's thread about waist exercise......something on days off or at end of a workout.....
