It's hard to find time to post here. I'm finding the only time I get to really catch up is when I'm at work (if it's not busy) because I'm literally tethered to my desk for 12 hours with the internet on tap.

I've just started bodyweight bodybuilding 1 and will follow it with 2.
Yes... these days have been very busy. But I will try to find time to post here, even if I post without much details

My diet is getting back on track, I only have to avoid compulsive eating of sweets... when I manage to that, the rest is usually 90% right.

I loved the TT Bodyweight Bodybuilding 2. I'm not sure what I will follow when I return to Maas, but I'm considering another 4 weeks of bw stuff.

Thank you for your support, Peter.

Cool mate. Yeah I've got a evil sweet tooth as well. Get between me and a bag of starburst and risk losing a finger. Ha. Love those sweets!

Thus far I'm really enjoying BW BB. I did it once before but never finished because me heart was drawing me toward heavy weights and whatnot. Right now though, being as busy as I am, I'm really enjoying the freedom of the bodyweight workouts. I plan to run a full 3 months of BW stuff and possibly even longer if it goes well.

Hi all,

I'm finally back to NL.

Since my last post I had very limited access to internet and was in a rush to see as many relatives as I could

I had a great time in Brazil. In 11 days, I was able to have four workouts and followed a ESE approach to food (I actually had three 24h fast).

The book launch was quite a nice experience, even though it was a bit weird to write dedications

Among all the relatives I was able to see, I want to tell you something about my grandfather. He is 93 years old and is full of energy. The first thing he did after our arrival was to cut a banana tree from his backyard (pics to come). He is from a extreme poor background and it is always fantastic to spend some time with him just listening his stories.

It is nice to be back.

This was the third night of very poor sleep.

My throat is getting very irritated during the night and I start coughing a lot.

Then today I stayed on the bed until 6h30...

No workout today, but I will do some mobility and flexibility drills at home.

And my plan is to fast until dinner, but I may call it off if my throat does not get better.

Get well soon! I know traveling can do a number on the immune system.

Yes man! It is exactly what is going on here

Yesterday was a tough day.

I had a low-grade fever in the afternoon and another cough crisis during the night. It is weird because I barely cough during the day. I was able to have some sleep only around 4h00 AM, then I slept until 10h00.

I will stay at home today and try to get some rest.
I guess it is what my body needs in order to heal faster.
