Glad to hear you going well. Good move on buying a platinum membership. Great value.

I never could get a handle on the non-alcoholic beer. But you're right. Sometimes you just need something other than water.

Another busy week so not much time to post. Has been a decent week overall.
Started the weekend off well too. An early night on Friday after a healthy meal. Got a great sleep, had a lie in and woke up around 8.30 and then headed for for a swim. I did 22 lengths for 1.1km in total, which took about 25 to 30 mins. Really good way to start the day.

Going to hit up Workout B this afternoon. Lunch has already been prepared and will be organic turkey burgers with a salad. Thai food this evening. Had a whey protein drink and a banana after my swim.

Off for a hike tomorrow and some beach time and that'll set me up nicely for another round of TT next week.

Goal for next week ... post daily updates and log nutrition and exercise on here.

Thanks Craig. I'm definitely getting better with my planning.

Quick update. Workout done ... excellent workout that really pushed me today.

Organic turkey burgers, broccoli, avocado, small baked potato for lunch after workout ... Done. Was a great post workout meal ... feeling replenished and raring to go for the rest of the weekend.

Great workout today, C of Intermediate 2.0. Feel like I'm getting better at the technique (eg kettlebell swings)

Nutrition has been good last couple of days.

Today:

Breakfast: Made a breakfast bowl of yoghurt (natural fat and sugar free, about a cup), one scoop of whey protein, strawberries, blueberries, banana, some spinach leaves (actually tasted just fine), one tbs of natural peanut butter, one tbs of hemp seeds and some maca powder

I was in a bit of a rush so just whipped this together fast. It was actually darn good!

Lunch (after workout)

Had a big salad with spinach and romaine lettuce, various veggies (peppers, carrot, squash, beetroot), a bit of chopped up apple, roast chicken breast and some lentils and chickpeas. Also had a few slices of tuna sashimi, then an orange for dessert.

Afternoon snack - have some almonds and a banana.

Dinner - chicken tenderloins on the grill with veg most likely

Things are ok. Have been travelling a lot and unable to get to a gym but have been doing HWR workouts. I am now London and I should be able to use a gym here, so hoping to get my regular TT workouts done this week.

Right on, from one road warrior to another, keep on pushing on. Make the most of the least, you can do a great workout with anything - or nothing!
