Default 09/11/03 - Beginner Workout B

Back from my workout. Some confusing cut in the video at around 24 minutes.
Good workout, good for legs and back. Liked it. Oh and workout A was quite nice,
having sore muscles even today. But I can move Having done the workout gave me
a good overall feeling of my body. No pain at all, had some problems with my back
before.

Having to work a little bit more on my nutrition, I will include 5 little meals over the day.
