Default Getting Back on that Horse

It's time.. I've been bucked and knocked off more times than I care to admit! I'm back in and I'm going to tame this beast once and for all.

I'm still down the 30 lbs. from last November. Time to finish it!

Goals for this contest.

Lose the last 30 lbs. to my goal of 210 and re-evaulate from there.
Complete the 6 week Mini-Contest.
Complete the whole 12 week contest while missing no more than 3 workouts total.

My Ultimate Goal...... the Ab "V"

Here are the measurements for today.

Chest 40
Waist 41
Hips 45.5
Right Arm 14
Left Arm 13.75
Right Thigh 26
Left Thigh 26.5
Right Calf 16
Left Calf 16.5
Weight 206.4
BF % 44.1 (done with Body fat scale. Will check again in morning.)

I find if I can get rolling and stay consistant my results are always the best.

Update Time!
It's been a long while already since I posted.
I've missed two of the three workouts I was willing to miss. So that only leaves one before I'm out of compliance.

Competed in the Warrior Dash Northeast last Saturday! It was AWESOME. I'm so happy i did it. It was a blast. Next year we are talking about doing it back to back days! I'll be more than ready for that assult. www.warriordash.com if you are going what heck is a warrior dash.

Okay workout from wednesday the 15th
Beginner workout A - TT Fatloss
DB Squat 10x15# 2 sets
Pushups 10 2 sets
DB Row 25# 1 set 30# 1 set
Stability Ball Leg Curl 12 2 sets
Ab Curl-up 6 2 sets
Side Plank 15s each side 2 sets
20 min Beginner Intervals.

Ran Sunday after the Warrior Dash. Only 1.2 miles run/walk. Wasn't as sore as i was expecting.

Mondays Workout
Beginner workout B TT Fat Loss
DB Chest Press 10x25# 2 sets
DB Step Up 10 each leg with 5# each hand 2 sets
Elevated Pushup 6 each are 2 sets
1-leg Hip Extension 10 reps each side 2 sets
Plank 30 seconds 2 sets
Bird Dog 6 each side hold for 3 seconds 2 sets

Ran again that night also.

My Physical Therapist beat the daylights out of my legs today.
Made todays workout even better!
Beginner workout A - TT Fatloss

That warriordash looks awesome, like an obstacle course for adults! Nice goin on the workouts.

I have one of those bodyfat scales at home too and I think the readings are pretty crappy. I got this: http://www.accumeasurefitness.com/pr...tness3000.html at GNC for 20$ and its supposed to be very accurate.

Yeah the Warrior Dash was a perfect race to get my feet wet into racing. There were a ton of people in all different levels of fitness doing it. It was nice to see people who really needed to be on that hill, including myself, doing something active and fun.

Yeah the Body Fat Analyzers are so easily manipulated that I really use mine as a reference point. Same scale same time of day - try to keep same hydration... Plus I have to do a half squat so my thighs don't touch and screw up the numbers.
