I tried the xtreme fat loss and now trying CYWT...I think the cheat worked best for me to eat more natural foods that are high carbs like banana, dates, watermelon. Then I eat more yoghurts, nuts, bigger portion lunches, dinners. Maybe a lasagna..and then if I was really craving a chocolate or something I'll have that... but generally just the same clean natural diet but more of it!

Great work Francis, looking forward to your results in Contest 10. And watch for my interview with a guy named Tim Ferriss...it will be available to everyone this week and discusses the perfect cheat day. Keep working at getting stronger!
