Thanks for your comments. Well, the XFLD didn't start out too well,,, I guess it takes me a while to settle in to some things, so I re-started it. On the fast day,,, agrhhhhh, it's tough. Sorry to hear about your cold,,, hope it gets better. Hopefully it's just your body getting rid of a few nasties.

My goal is to stop the yo-yo dieting. I started to weigh more than what I did at the start of TT TC #4,,, so that's kinda scary. Need to get some self-respect back I think, plus the exercize should ease off the depression and stress

On my 4th day of Joel's program & so far so good Well, just a little bit of pec strain from all the chest workouts, but it's not too bad. And,,, about an hour before the end of the shift I had a steel shelf fall on my head and nearly knock me out,,, lol. So the manager advised me to not do a workout tonight, but leave it 'til the morning,,, oh well, might try to make up for it with at least an extra HIIT and one set of today's workout Feeling good though, (except for the bump on the head).

I'll be bach!!!!

BTW, trust you are all doing well too.

Robyn -I am sorry for your loss. I lost both of my parents to cancer and have taken the same attitude as you have as far as my own health.

Thanks Sweetie. Although it was horrible to witness, and totally unnecessary in my opinion, I'm glad that he went really quickly in the end,,, like in a couple of days. Tried to help with the natural stuff which, (and I'll choose my words carefully), may have helped one of my workmate's wife be the only survivor in Australia of the cancer that she had. But of course, he didn't adhere to it seriously enough and trusted the doctors more. Oh well, what can you do?

What training are you doing at the moment?

Doing ok so far. Just one thing has me real curious. I weighed in this time at 151lbs, but somehow in my 'before' pics I don't look nearly as overweight as I did when I weighed less in last year's 'before' pics. Maybe it's because of the extra muscle. Not that I'm concerned 'cause my #1 goal in this contest is to put an end to the yo-yo dieting for once and for all, (didn't trust the 'cheat' day theory enough I think), just curious that's all.
