Lunch- 30g raw cashews-200 cal
some mango&pineapple- approx 200 cal
Total calories until now- approx 550

09.05.2010- Breakfast- around 350 calories
From 09.05 until 12.05- trip to Vienna for medical purposes. Main goals:
-replace wkt B on Tuesday with one wkt from Craig's BW hotel routine
-avoid liquid calories&excess food- already know a nice place on Kartner Strasse where they serve very nice salads
-take a bag of nuts with me
-buy some fruit
-rest 2 full days before the hotel wkt.

Hi everyone, I'm back from Vienna, ate pretty clean (had my cheat meal yesterday), avoided all liquid calories and managed to do a hotel room wkt on Monday:

BW warmup

Spiderman Pushups- 6,5,5 reps/side
1-leg squats on chair- 8,8,8 reps per leg

Close grip pushups-10, 10, 10 rep
Side plank with leg raise- 6 per side

Inchworm- 8,8,8 rep
X Body mountain climbers- 24,24,24 rep
Stick-ups- 12,12,12 rep

About 1800 calories for today and managed to drag myself to the gym, even if I was tired- I've only done some heavy deadlifts- 3 sets of 75, 80 and 90 kg- 8reps and some bench presses- 100kg-4reps. Workout B- tomorrow!

Thanks for your kind words, coastalveg!! I cought a cold 3 days ago and I feel miserable- no appetite for food, can't drag myself to the gym yet- guess I'll go tomorrow and do 1 set of each exercise, I'm sleepy all the time etcetc... 1 apple till now, 15 nuts & some boiled vegetables for lunch...

Hi everyone, made myself a banana milk shake& added some nuts for a afternoon snack& 2 boiled eggs short after. Strong cravings right now, so I'll go brush my teeth& have an apple later. AVOID SUGAR AT ALL COSTS!!! AUGH!!

It's almost sleeping time and I managed to avoid sugar today- I'm having 2 pineapple slices and some raw cashews right now, then off to bed!!
Tomorrow- workout B- shorter version if I feel weak.
