Glad you made it through the typhoon alright. I got stranded at Hong Kong airport many years ago in a force 10 typhoon - it was the first time I've experienced anything like that so it was quite daunting. The power of nature...

You seem to be in the right frame of mind for success so stay the path.

HI Nathalie,

Scary with the typhoon! I hope you guys are safe & sound.

We loved Kung Fu Panda! We have seen it 3 times. Great message to the kids.

Nutrition is so many people's down fall. It really is. You have to come to a point where your mind is just set...period. You can do it. There is so much support here.

Glad to see you made it through the typhoon. Nutrition is also my stumbling block, so hopefully, all of us can get through this together .

Thank you all for your great support.
Just a very quick post before my 1st patient: I did my 1st TT wo in 3 months on Monday, and this am (thursday) is the 1st day I can actually sit down without feeling every single fiber of my quads tearing ...... Lol

I love Kung Fu Panda!! (Jenny, 10, has had a thing about Jack black since seeing School of Rock so she loves it too!!)

I always get a perverse delight in that muscle soreness when i switch to a new programme (still suffering at the moment - I think it was the McGill crunches!!)

Well I finally got a computer, I had been without one since January, and having to use my dh's when he wasn't on it. Well he left on sunday for 5 weeks, and I told him there was no way I was going without a computer for that long..... lol
So now I have my own, and can get on TT whenever I want, well when ever I have time that is....
I have been very tired, so I've been going to bed right after putting the kids down, and not even turning on my computer, otherwize the next thing you know it's 11:00pm...
I only managed to do 2 wo last week, I couldn't walk for 2 days after the 1st wo, so forget the squats.... , but I've done 2 so far this week, and staying on track.
My nutrition is not the best yet, but as Craig mentioned on his blog: just try to be a little bit better everyday. I haven't decided if I will do the master cleanse yet, I will start with ESE and fast 2 days a week.
I will enter my wo on the next post, and then I'll have to work on some crazy hats for my kids: friday is crazy hat day.... lol. I will sow some Hot Wheels cars on one of my ds's baseball hats, and will have beads hang down everywhere on my dd's hat..... should be fun!!
