Default Second Attempt Six Pack

I am back for my second contest, the reward for completing the 12 weeks was far too temping

I am going to start on Saturday 12th Sept, will take pics and measurements then and post both here.

My ultimate goal again is to unveil the elusive six pack but I have also added some new ones

Tranformation Goals
Add lean muscle (keep being told that I am too skinny!?!)
Find my six pack before my OH finds his (the bet is ongoing from TC5)
Complete 5 chin ups and 30 push ups

Nutrition Goals
Eat a variety of beef, chicken, fish and pulses every week
min 2 ltrs of water everyday
try a new food/recipe every week
shop only ONCE a week
eat all natural foods as often as possible (nothing processed or with preservatives, added sugar, salt etc)
limit alcohol to special occasions (there arent any coming up that i know of)
eat 5-6 small meals/snacks a day
1 cheat meal per week

Please feel free to keep an eye on my thread and give me a good butt kicking if you think i need it

Looking forward to getting started! Good luck everyone!

I love TT message boards - I'm sitting in the UK in the middle of the night seeing posts popping up from all round the world as people start their days!!

Great to see you back for TC6 and great goals. I enjoyed the one about finding your six pack before your husbands! Best of luck (to both of you!)

I having a little bit of a dilema.. I'm not sure which workout to use. I have done both BDHC and AAA for abs and loved them both, just not sure what to follow them up with. I did have a couple of goes at T9K but then got a cold (still recovering)

I am wanting to build muscle in the fist 1-2 months and then focus on leaning out in the last month

Any suggestions?

Its great to see so many people taking part in TTC6!

I started on saturday and just have to resize my pics before I throw them on here. Today was my first day back at gym after two weeks of the flu... cant shake the damn thing. So I just took it easy with some bodyweight circuits and a 20min jog on the tready

circuits consisted of 30sec pushups, squats, elevated hip extensions, skipping and planks

felt really good to be back in the gym... energy levels were pretty low though

I tried a new recipe on the weekend - cottage cheese pancakes... they were pretty good too, had them with banana ad strawberries. The filled me up until lunchtime!

Hope you feel better soon! I know that flu bug wouldn't leave me along in TC3. Hope you can kick it! See you around on the posts!

Way to hang in there.......2 weeks of the flu...........that would be bad! (especially if the cottage cheese pancakes made a reverse trip)! Never heard of them before, but I dont like pancakes anyway...........anyhow, stay right with it!!!! Rob
