TREADMILL INTERVALS etc.

Min's 1-5 Warmup...4.2 mph /1 .5% gd
Min's 5-20 (8) INTERVALS... 9.3 mph/1.5% gd 60 sec's & 3.3 mph ACTIVE REST & cooldown
Min's 21-26...Walk 5 min @ 8.5 % gd- 4.2 mph
Min's 26-31...Walk 5 min @ 6.5 % gd- 4.2 mph
Min's 31-36...Walk 5 min @ 4.5 % gd- 4.2 mph
Min's 36-41...Walk 5 min @ 2.5 % gd- 4.2 mph
Min's 41-46...Walk 5 min @ 1.5 % gd- 4.2 mph
Min's 46-50...Walk 4 min @ 1.5% gd- 3.5 mph

TOTAL: 4.09 miles / 50:00 min / 572 cal's .

FRIDAY: Day#"5" Week #1... TT for Mass at Home... Workout C / Total Body
September 11.

Took day off to go with wife to doctor appt and check out new computers.
WALK to gym and back ...(70)minutes Total.

WARMUP:
Prisoner Squat x 12
Pushup X 12
DB Rear Delt Raise X 12

Above X 2

And did Wall stickups (1) set of 12

SPECIFIC WARMUP:
A1) 25#DB's X 8 X 2
A2) 8 X 1 BW only

WORKOUT:
suggested reps in ( ).

A1) DB Seated Shoulder Press (3X8)... 30# DB's 9,9,10
A2) DB Deep Step-ups (3X8)...30#DB's 8,9,10
B1) Biceps Chinups (AMRAP)...10,9,7+4 (just to come out at an even 30)
B2) DB Close Grip Floor Press (3X8)...45#DB's 9,9,10
C1) DB Standing One Arm Curl (3X6)&(1) set -10%wt... 30#DB 6,6,7,6,8 (last set 25#DB's) ended up with 5 total sets.
C2) DB Overhead 1 Arm Extention (3X6)&(1) set -10%...25#DB 6,6,7,6,7 (last set 20#DB's) also for total of 5 sets.
D1) DB Hammer Curls (3X10)...30#DB's 10,10,10
D2) DB Lying Triceps Extentions (3X8)...25#DB's 8,8,8

What the mind thought, didnt matter last night.......right before I was going to go to bed........a trail mix bar and 2 Pop Tarts.......ouch........my wife buys too much of that crap. Kinda like I KNOW better, but all of sudden, there I was eating the darn stuff......OUCH!

How did you sleep after eating the crap?
If I eat that before bed I toss and turn all night!!

Is your wife okay.? You mentioned Dr Appt.
Just checkup, I hope..

Take some of your own advice and get right back on the horse.
Not enough to hurt, but I know how hard you worked at kicking the
habit..
