Rob...love your thread title!! That can be very hard and I know you struggle with that night time sugar fix!!! It's hard to break, but you will do it

I'm looking forward to the cooler weather...although, we had a mostly cool summer! I love the fall!!

Sugar Shack was a song recorded in 1963, by Jimmy Gilmer and the Fireballs. I remembered the song, but had to Google it, to find out the rest...........kinda "dating" myself again.................oh well........................

Same here.......supposed to change and get cooler.......highs in the 60's for the weekend............

I love the avatars! So entertaining!

And, I love the thread title.

You should know, there is a strip joint near here in Lake Geneva, WI. and it's called the Sugar Shack. They have male strippers some of the time and female strippers other times. Depends on the night.

Made me think of that!

WARMUP:
Sumo Prisoner Squat X 12
Touchdown FW Lunge X 6/side
Waiters Bow X 8 ............. All X 2 sets

SPECFIC WARMUP:
1A) DB Split Squat 20# DB's X 8 X 1

WORKOUT B Recommended reps in ( ).

A1) DB Split Squat (3X8)...40# DB's 9,9,9
A2) Plank/Arms on SB (3X45sec's)... 45,45,45+

B1) DB RDL (3X6)...70# DB's 6,6,6
B2) DB Bulgarian Split Squat (2X8)...40# DB's 8,8

C1) DB Reverse Lunge (3X8)...40# DB's 8,8,8
C2) SB Crunch with Med ball (3X15)...15,15,15

D1) 1-Legged Calf Raises (3X8/side-no rest)...30# DB 9,9,9

OTHER:
15 Decline pushups
