In the rules below, it doesn't say that you have to register, but in the online version of the rules, it says you do need to register. Which is correct? I tried to register online, just in case, but I got an error and it told me I was already subscribed.

Is it legitimate to use Chris Lopez's kettlebell workouts for the transformation challenge?

Default participation in two transformation contests simultaneously

Hey Craig,

I got 2 questions in relation to the rules for the 6th TT Transformation Contest.

First of all, the 6th Transformation Contest runs until the first week of December, having started 31 August. That's 14 weeks total, i.e. 2 more weeks than the 12 weeks of the contest. Does this mean I can schedule my workout weeks flexibly so as to total 12 weeks (I've got a couple of business trips in October that could knock off 10 days in all from my TT workouts as it seems there will not be a gym at the hotels I'll be staying at)?

Secondly, does participation in the TT Transformation Contest preclude my participation in another contest (empowered nutrition) simultaneously?

Thanks for the clarifications!
