Default Just started---great results

Hey everyone,

I'm somewhat new to the forum (about 4 weeks). I was a member many, many years ago and just got back on about a month ago. I'm just finishing up 2K3 and with some nutrition guidance from Craig, I've gotten some great results so far.

I got my weight, body fat, lean body mass, etc done on October 18th and then I jay got it redone today. So here's the difference in my numbers over the last 9 weeks.

Weight---was 170 lbs, now 166 lbs
Lean body mass---was 137 lbs, now 140 lbs
Body fat mass---was 32 lbs, now 25 lbs
Body fat percentage---was 19.3%, now 15.5%

I'm very excited for this, especially since I've just gotten started! I think I was overtrained and had a bad case of information overload. My profession is a fitness trainer and I think I needed to make some changes based on what I mentioned above.

Thanks Craig for "showing me the light" and bringing things back to simple for me.

Watch out "over 40" transformation challengers.....I'm looking to take the title, and my recent results just got me all fired up!!!!

All kidding aside, good luck to everyone. This should be fun!
