Default 2015 - Favorite workout?

Would love to hear your favorite here.

Mine are:

1) Muscle - TT Meatheads August: 5x20
2) Fat Loss - TT February: Go Hard, Get Lean

And I love the concept of the Body Audit...just haven't heard from many people that have used it.

Craig

100% with you on those votes CB.

Go Hard Get Lean should earn a legendary status in my opinion
5 x 20 was an awesome workout.
TT Audit looks awesome and interesting but unfortunately I won't be able to try if for a while.

These are both great.

I also really enjoyed Peter's MRT 4.0 program. I saw some noticeable differences during that program cycle.

I've not done the TT Audit yet but plan on doing after the Holidays.

Fat Loss - Clash of the Titans & Turbulence Rises. Almost anything that John Romaniello and Craig Ballantyne put together I love.

My personal favorite program is Reconstruction. It is something I like to use to get my body back into the swing of things.

I got my best results from Turbulence Rises. I gained muscle and lost fat. I also like MRT 2.0 and Hot Zone if I were short on time. The BW component is my favorite thus far.

There are a couple of programs that I have yet to try but look good. Adrenaline, Grind house, and Meathead 5 x 20.
