Default TT Extreme Fat Loss 3.0

I like this one a lot.

On workout C, exercise 2C says "DB-squat-curl-press (10/side)".
On the video, Brian does both arms at the same time. Does it matter which I do? I didn't watch the video before I went, so I did them separately today. Thank you. Leslie

I ended up deciding on Extreme Fat loss 3.0 as well and I am really loving it!

Leslie, I am guessing if Brian did both sides at the same time in the video I would say the (per side) was a typo. That was my first thought when I read it so I looked at the exercise description in the manual.

I didn't watch the video but the manual shows Mikey doing both sides at once. So I did both sides at the same time.

Hope that helps

I will add... This workout C will help you be a Proverb 31 Gal

Thank you Shawn. I'll do with both arms next time. My biceps and shoulders are pretty sore today! Hope today is great for you.

just a quick question about workout c, in circuits 2 and 3 it says "repeat up to 3 times". this means that is not obligatory to do the circuit 4 times?

Thanks!

But then they wouldn't be extreme!

I'll figure out something for 2nd Quarter 2015.
