Default Kate's contest updates

Hi everyone

I don't get a chance to get on and log everyday but i thought weekly updates would help me.
I started the contest on may 5th.

1st week in i completed week 1 of Home Workout
Revolution. I also focused on my diet and made a lot of improvements.

Finished up week 1 with 1kg (2.2lb) of weight loss.

Very happy

Kate

Rough week this week.

Spent half the week in bed with a bad cold so didnt quite make it through a full week of workouts. On the plus side, I ate well and didnt gain any weight

Here's hoping for a better week

Kate

Don't let it get u down. Our whole house has been fighting the flu the last couple of weeks. This is the 1st week I've even able to train with any real intensity for a while. Main thing is your diet is in check. Plenty of time left in the comp.

Been slack with my updates but wanted to let everyone know I am still chugging along.

It's been hard to get into a rhythm as I was sick, then I had a school camp and this week Tim is away (and he is the one who gives the push i need sometimes).

THere have been positives however. I have been making my way through HWR and doing some pilates and netball on off days. I have also been making positive food choices (for the most part). Next week when my walking partner/motivator is back (we havent really seen each other in two weeks) I am confident I'll be able to kick things up a notch.

Kate
