Week 3 done

I didn't loose hardly any weight but I feel good and really had a good week of exercising and working out.

Week 4 done

Again, I didn't loose much weight. I'm not discouraged because I do think I am seeing results and I am really liking the HWR workouts. They are intense.

Nice, make sure to get other measurements too, like body fat and limb, waist, and hip circumferences

Do I have to take more measurements than my weight and waist(around my belly)? That is all I put down in the beginning.

Week 5 done

I lost almost a full pound this week.

Starting Info:
Weight: 222.8 lbs
Waist (around navel/love handle area): 44"

Current Info:
Weight: 215.6 lbs
Waist (around navel/love handle area): 43.5"

So, I am seeing progress and happy with what I am seeing so far.

I'm not sure if I should start incorporating the HWR 4 minute miracles on my off days or just stick with the 12 week HWR program 3 days a week and just light activity on my off days.

Craig, any thoughts?
